01.3Prototyping & Tooling

Tooling designed to produce with precision and repeatability.

Fixtures, jigs and tools designed in CAD, validated in simulation and built by dedicated machining or additive manufacturing — from rapid tooling to high-hardness tooling.

01Overview

The right tooling changes the whole production

Good tooling is what guarantees that the thousandth part matches the first. That is why Admatek treats tooling design as engineering: clamping, sequencing and tolerances are analyzed before any cut.

With integrated CAD, CAE and CAM, we design fixtures and components that reduce setups and make assembly and dimensional control easier — and we build them with the process best suited to each requirement.

02What we deliver

What we deliver

  • A

    Workholding fixtures

Jigs and fixtures that locate and clamp the part repeatably, reducing setups in machining, welding and assembly.

  • B

    High-demand tooling

Machined tools and components that demand high hardness, geometric precision and surface treatment.

  • C

    Rapid tooling

On-demand gauges, supports and custom tools — including 3D-printed ones — for the assembly line and dimensional control.

03Tooling Design

How we work

  1. Process analysis

Part requirements, volumes, datums and the production steps the tooling must serve.

  2. Design and simulation

CAD modeling, load and access checks in CAE, and definition of clamping and sequencing.

  3. Manufacturing

Dedicated machining for demanding tooling or additive manufacturing for rapid solutions.

  4. Validation

Dimensional verification and documentation, with traceability for regulated sectors when applicable.

04Tooling Design

Benefits

  • Repeatability

Consistent location from the first to the last part in the lot.

  • Fewer setups

Clamping designed to reduce repositioning and machine time.

  • Leaner production

DFMAA applied to tooling cuts steps, cost and rework.

  • Fewer failures

Preventive analysis (FMEA) and structured handling of deviations (8D).

05Methods applied

Quality engineering applied at every step — from design to delivery.

Explore Integrated Engineering
  • DFMAA Design for Manufacturing, Assembly and Automation

Integrates product engineering and production processes to simplify manufacturing and assembly, cutting costs and lead time while raising industrial efficiency.

  • FMEA Failure Modes and Effects Analysis

A preventive tool that analyzes potential failure modes in products and processes, their effects and causes, so action is taken before problems occur.

  • DOE Design of Experiments

Statistical planning and analysis of experiments to identify critical process and product factors and optimize variables at lower cost and time.

  • PPAP Production Part Approval Process

Complete process documentation — flowchart, APQP and FMEA — for production part approval in regulated sectors such as automotive.
